1. Eligibility for Returns

✔ Gift cards, personalized products, and trial-size items are not eligible for returns.

5️⃣ Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email.
📌 Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
4. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges in the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. To request an exchange:

7. Damaged or Lost Items in Transit
GoldTopix takes extra precautions to ensure all orders are securely packaged. However, if your order is damaged during shipping:
